• Everyday Freshness :
• All seafood items are collected on a daily basis from the sea. They are delivered every morning to the local fish markets where they are carefully inspected and selected for the highest quality. We make every effort to ensure that yalfish customers always get a wide variety of the freshest seafood items to choose from.

• Appropriate Care in Storage :
• We do not sell frozen items and all our items are fresh. We store all of our products according to recommended conditions and in ideal temperatures to ensure freshness. Sensitive products are stored at appropriate temperatures and monitored and inspected thoroughly.. Even though this results in higher running costs for our stores, we believe in taking every step necessary to guarantee a product that is 100% fresh and clean for our customers at all times.

• We are the Source of Our Products:
• We do not deal with any suppliers, vendors or grey market. In short, we we are the source of the products we sell to you.

• Expert care :
• All of our representatives are trained to the highest standards of hygiene excellence and are trained to distinguish between fresh and not fresh seafood items. The store and all its fixtures are sanitized regularly and seafood storage and display areas are thoroughly and regularly cleaned with top quality food grade cleaners.

• Return Policy :
• We are happy to replace, exchange, or refund any of our items in the unlikely event that a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of our product after delivery.

معايير الجودة 

•      المؤكولات اليومية الطازجة: 

كل الأصناف البحرية تجمع بشكل يومي من البحر ، و في صباح كل يوم جديد يتم توصيل الأسماك الى مركز التحضير ، لضمان الجودة لكل عميل يتعامل مع يال فش .

 

•      العناية الفائقة في التخزين:

نحن لا نبيع اسماك مثلجة ، كل اصنافنا طازجة .. يتم تخزين كل الأصناف وفق معايير معينة تضمن المحافظة على الصنف من دون التجميد  . مركز التحضير يتمتع بمعايير و مواصفات عاليا جدا ، تتعلق بالتهوية و المحافظة على درجة الحرارة لضمان سلامة المنتج ، نحن ندرك ان تكاليف التخزين عالية ، و لكننا نستثمر في هذا الجانب في سبيل تحقيق رضا العميل .

 

•     الجودة أولا .. نحن المصدر:

نحن لا نتعامل مع اي مورد  أو بائع أو سوق موازي ، بأختصار نحن المصدر .

كل موظفينا ملزمين بأرتداء قفازات و غطاء للرأس حين عملية تحضير المنتجات .. كل الأجهزة و المعدات في مركز التحضير معقمة و يتم تنظيفها بشكل دوري . يتم تنظيف حافظات السمك بمنظفات لا تأثر بالأسماك و بأوقات منتظمة كذالك .

 

•      سياسة الأسترجاع:

في حال رغبة العميل بأسترجاع الطلبية  لأي سبب كان ، سنقوم سعداء بعملية الأسترجاع اما من خلال الأستبدال مع صنف اخر او رد المبلغ على شكل نقاط في حساب العميل في الموقع  .
